Some DNP questions - MESO-Rx

This is probably answered somewhere else on MesoRX as there are a ton of DNP threads, but some simple searches didn't lead me to the answers I'm looking for, so hopefully I can get a little help here.

Doing an 8 day DNP cycle, ramping up the dose gradually. Usual diet is pretty balanced, but switched the macros in favor of more carbs for the DNP cycle. When should the diet go back to normal? The day after the cycle? Or wait a couple of days as the DNP is still working, based on the 36 hr half life?

Also, should the ECA stack continue for a few days as well, or can this be eliminated along with the DNP?

be smart and dont do dnp..you can cut with some other gear,but need some more time...but you will be 100% safe.dnp..dont play with dnp!

400mg a day is ok..so 2 caps...but some guys go even 800..

I go low carb while on DNP, i notice the higher carbs I take the more heat I let off so I keep my low carb diet going for about a week after the DNP, your diet will depend on what works for you though.
I also continue my ECA for the week following and then some, I believe the DNP takes 3 days to clear your system but I like taking ECA, it's tasty

Moderate to high protein intake, lots of water, eat fruit...lots of glycogen for you liver this will make you sweat but your temperature shouldn't every hit 99F

8 days is shit, you want to run each dose for 48hrs due to the half-life of the compound.
