Default sore ligaments & juice help experts!

I would really like some feedback on this. I have a strange ache in my ligaments but only in the chest to shoulder area and the ligament that ties my elbow to tricep. It feels almost like a cramp when I stretch. Im currently running Test Prop 600mg weekly, 40mg ed of d-bol, 400mg deca weekly and 300 cc eq weekly. Its my 2nd cycle. Im getting significant gains Im in my 5th week. I guess I'll dump the d-bol (only been using it for 3 weeks) to see if its the cause..Is this just normal as my muscles are growing so much. Let me know experts! People will ask why Im running EQ and Deca together..its because I thought It would help the joints and It has made me way stronger...Maybe Im traing too heavy?

first off, it's not a ligament...
ligaments by definition attach a bone to another.

tendons connect muscle to bone--this sounds like what you are describing. it may be wear and tear as most tendinopathies are or it may be the "chronic" pump(tighness) in the muscles that is pulling on the tendon-bone junction. this is significant b/c this is how avulsion fractures occur.

deca and equipoise help joints by increasing the synovial fluid in the joint capsule helping it absorb more pounding.

for the chronic stage, i would take a few days off--maybe a week. one week is not going to hurt you at all, trust me! during this time, do the stretching and keep the area moving--keep blood flowing in the tendons. tendons are very avascular and will need movement to aid in recovery. if it's flared up, ice it down and take some ibuprofen(but only for a short time b/c swelling is actually one of the ways the body heals itself.

that sounds also to me like you need to do extream stretching. i dont think its the gear at all. have you lifted up to the point you started this cycle? alot of people will just get the juice and then start lifting, bad decision.your tendons especialy cant handle the new found strenth. take borracho advice and i would stress the stretching part.

Thanks for the advice bros. Yeah I have been lifting for years, way before I began juicing. I never really stretch though. I'll start and I did take 4 days off. Im going to hit it light for the next week too and R.I.C.E.
