I've heard of folks being sore from prop. Pretty common evidently. But what about enan? I feel like someone kicked the crap outta my left glute repeatedly. It was a 250ml/1cc shot. No lump, just sore. Normal/common?
No its not normal at all especially if you only injected 250mgs.
I would be willing to bet it was injection technique, not the gear. You said it was your left glute, well unless your left handed its hard to inject properly into your left glute without moving the needle too much.
Also the location of injection is another major variable of how much pain your going to get the next day. Some areas of the glute have more nerves then others.
Also what gauge did you use, most bro's go with a 23g, which unless you have very steady hands will cause alot of scar tissue buildup. I suggest warming the enanthate (to make it easier to draw and shoot) and use a 25guage.
For those that don't warm up their oils prior to injection you have got to give it a try. YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH EASIER IT MAKES THINGS AND FOR ME I NEVER EXPERIENCE THAT NEXT DAY SORNESS EVEN WITH PROP150.
Sometimes if you injected it real quick it will be sore. I try to spread the injection out over 1 minute time period, also you can try warming the gear up by setting it in some hot water for a couple of minutes. there were times when i injected too quick with Test Enanthate and my ass would swell up and I could hardly walk on that leg for a couple of days because of the soreness. Its not commom but it happens from time to time. Hope this answers your question.

Im with ya'll...lol I injected 3cc's in my left glute and it hurts like a mofo. 250mg deca...100mg prop...and 500mg test e...OOOOUUUUCCCHH!!!
Yeah, thinking back, I know I didn't take 1 min to inject. More like 30 seconds. As far as nerves in that area, wouldn't I feel it if I hit one upon injecting? There was no pain at all pushing it in. Just that night when I rolled over on it. That woke me up quick! lol
I've heard of the heating technique. I'll give that a try along with just taking more time. Thanks all for your help. Hopefully Monday night is smoother.
