Spot reduction of fat - abs

Question for everyone.

How the hell do you get the last cm of fat of the abdomen. My bodyfat is very low, but there is this little stubborn layer that is just enough to smooth out the cuts in my abs. I've read Lifesize and Lizard king's logs on DNP and I'm seriously looking at 4-6IU's HGH for six months.

Anyone have other ideas? Or flesh out the concept with personal experience?

Frag, the DNP option is much cheaper than gh but I don't know how well it would work at your leanness..I'm sure it would but I don't know if it would make what you want happen. Obviously, I would give it a try.. Let me know if you need anything

OK, here's a question re the PGF2. It states that strong contraction of smooth muscles occur when it's injected -- so you have to avoid abdominal injections. It also states that it needs to be injected IM, but that it destroys adipose tissue cells.

I'm experiencing a little confusion here... Can you inject it sub q into the adipose tissue in the abs w/o smooth muscle constriction, or would you simply rely on the thermogenic effect with site injections elsewhere on the body?

Everyone says that last little layer above the abdominal muscles is the hardest to get rid of.

I'm kind of thinking if you had the money and the inclination, ECA/DNP w/ var and HGH plus rigorous dieting should push one over the bump.

I would opt for DNP/Yohimbe HCL for it's abilities to hit those trouble spots.. Var would be a great addition.. I don't think you need the gh, it would probably take way long to see the effects of the gh..
