Default stack help please from a senior member..
I need some advice on how much to stack ..

winny(zambon)
sus-250
deca-300
clomid
nolvadex

I weigh 245 , 6 foot 3' Ex college linebacker. I am not a novice, but I don'e pretend to know everything. Some health dosage/week advise would be greatly appreciated....
