Default My DNP journal

Using H's capsules,

Day 1 - I frontloaded 400mg at the same time around 4:00-5:00pm, started to feel some warmth about an hour or so later. Ate a chinese dinner about 8:00 then got warm again for maybe an hour and a 1/2-2 hours.
Took 25mg Benadryl at bed (along with my support supplements), slept great, woke up without being warm or sweaty.

Day 2 - Took 200mg at 9:00am, then another 200mg around 1:00pm, didnt feel anything until I ate a couple hours later. Got warm, but minimal sweating and certainly not intolerable heat.
25mg Benadryl before bed, slept well again. Woke up without being warm or sweaty.

Day 3 - Took 200mg at breakfast around 9:00am and just took a second 200mg at 12:00. So far, no heat. I expect some within an hour or so.

Originally I was thinking a 7-10 day cycle at 400mg max, but if things remain as easily tolerable as they've been so far, then I'll extend that to 14 days or more ? We'll see.
The real test will likely be how well I get thru my workday tomorrow. I do construction/physical labor. Though I have been training with only marginally more sweat.
So far I haven't noticed any obvious sides... no lethargy (yet!), but have noticed I'm urinating more (probably due to my increased water intake).

I realize the chemical builds up accumulatively, and so the next day or 2 should tell me if I'm just tolerating it well, or not enough has built up yet. If things remain the same, I think I'll try 600mg spread apart several hours.

Beginning stats are 6'0, 205 at 12%bf. I'd like to get down to around 7 or 8%. Hopefully that will happen.
My diet has been pretty much the same, though I have cut fat intake. I'm eating oatmeal for fiber (help avoid the dnp shits), blueberry yogurt (said to be a good anti-oxidant), eating lots of fruit, V8 juice, and taking multi-vitamins morning and night as well as milk thistle and taurine.

I'll keep you guys posted.

Well I ate a few large slices of pizza a little over an hour ago, and I have a mellow consistant warmth goin on. Nothing too exciting yet.
Wasn't sure or not if I was feeling some nausea earlier, but I ate a can of pineapple and seemed to feel just fine.

I definately am sensing a heightened carb craving.

Here we are at the end of day 4,

Today I went to work and didnt heat up too much all day, though I did seem to sweat just a bit more than usual.

I did 600mg today in divided doses, the last dose being 2 1/2 hours ago.... I'm feeling only minor warmth, and sweat is virtually nil.

Last evening once again, I slept very well. Benadryl at just 25mg really seems to knock me out. Seems odd - I have such a strong reaction to the Benadryl, and yet 600mg DNP barely gets my furnace warm... go figure!

Originally I had planned to do 14 days at 400mg, but at 600mg per day I have 14 days left (and been on now for 4), so I think I'm just going to finish off the rest of my 50 doses that way.

I don't really want to go up to 800, but it seems my tolerance level would handle it pretty easily.
I'm not on any gear at this time, been taking clomid and nolvadex the past 3 weeks (50 and 10mg).
Overall I feel good, energy is normal, and everything is functioning well.

You seem to be tolerating it well. Are you seeing anything on the scale or in the mirror yet? Also, did you take any measurements before you started? You don't have to be sweating your ass off for DNP to be working.

Hey Bro,

So far I've seen a 3lb drop on the scale. I don't look any different in the mirror - perhaps a bit of water bloat.
As for measurements, no I didn't take any. Just figured I'd watch the mirror and the scale.

What's your best advice since I'm tolerating it well so far? Should I continue at 600mg daily for the rest of my cycle?

Oh! I failed to mention I've been taking low dose T3 along with it (25mg per day).

are you running the T3 for a full 6 week cycle? and I would up the dose(T3), just what I think.

No Bro, I'm not running the T3 for a full 6 week cycle.
I'll discontinue it at the end of my DNP cycle (which should be another 13 days if all goes smoothly).

I've read some views that say DNP doesn't entirely shut down your T3, but significantly slows it.
Since I'm not on any AAS right now, I'm hesitant to up the T3.
My interest is to just keep my T3 levels in it's normal range.
So "if" I were at a measurment of zero, I would theoretically be maintaining a normal T3 level taking 25mg.

Day #5: It's 1:40pm right now and so far I've taken 400mg today.
I'll wait till around 5:00pm for my last 200mg of the day.

It rained where I live last eve, and so today seems pretty humid. I sweat like crazy in humidity just naturally, and so think I'm sweating a bit more than that with the DNP.

Side note: Yeah, DNP turns your cum yellow. Pretty weird. My fiance freaked out!
Lecithin seems to help alleviate it pretty well however (tames it down).

If your comfy with it I think you can go up to 600 for the rest of the cycle, but I wouldn't try 800 until your next time around. 25mcg T-3 is all you need to keep it in normal range, you're right about not using too much with no AAS.
