Using H's capsules,
Day 1 - I frontloaded 400mg at the same time around 4:00-5:00pm, started to feel some warmth about an hour or so later. Ate a chinese dinner about 8:00 then got warm again for maybe an hour and a 1/2-2 hours.
Took 25mg Benadryl at bed (along with my support supplements), slept great, woke up without being warm or sweaty.
Day 2 - Took 200mg at 9:00am, then another 200mg around 1:00pm, didnt feel anything until I ate a couple hours later. Got warm, but minimal sweating and certainly not intolerable heat.

Day 3 - Took 200mg at breakfast around 9:00am and just took a second 200mg at 12:00. So far, no heat. I expect some within an hour or so.
Originally I was thinking a 7-10 day cycle at 400mg max, but if things remain as easily tolerable as they've been so far, then I'll extend that to 14 days or more ? We'll see.
The real
test will likely be how well I get thru my workday tomorrow. I do construction/physical labor. Though I have been training with only marginally more sweat.
So far I haven't noticed any obvious sides... no lethargy (yet!), but have noticed I'm urinating more (probably due to my increased water intake).
I realize the chemical builds up accumulatively, and so the next day or 2 should tell me if I'm just tolerating it well, or not enough has built up yet. If things remain the same, I think I'll try 600mg spread apart several hours.
Beginning stats are 6'0, 205 at 12%bf. I'd like to get down to around 7 or 8%. Hopefully that will happen.
My diet has been pretty much the same, though I have cut fat intake. I'm eating oatmeal for fiber (help avoid the
dnp shits), blueberry yogurt (said to be a good anti-oxidant), eating lots of fruit, V8 juice, and taking multi-vitamins morning and night as well as milk thistle and taurine.
