test.
Is it advisable to run dbol at 40mg on working days and lowering the douse on like 20 mg on resting days?
I am 5,9. 200lbs with 14 % body fat. I intend to keep the body fat there and increase some muscle mass.i was thinking of keeping proteins at least 250 grams a day. Lean diet is not a problem but keeping the cals high with clean bulk concerns me.
