Hi Guys I will be starting my first cycle next week. 500 mg Test E for 10 weeks 40 mg D-bol on working days and 20 mg on resting days for 4 weeks A-dex .25mg starting 2 week of the cycle EOD PCT will be Nolva 40/20/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50 I am thinking of adding Deca in the cycle as well. i was thinking of running it for 8 weeks at 200mg every week. Please advice whether to stick to dbol and test only or deca would be good as well??Its my first cycle. I am going for clean bulk. The problem i am having is that the gear i bought was too expensive. i am out of cash. i have the gear for the past 3 weeks. i am waiting for this months salary to get the food stock and start of with the cycle. I understand theres no replacement of real food but since i work like 10 hours a day so i was thinking of sticking to protein shakes mostly but if someone can guide in buying the cheap but clean stuff so that i can afford or is not hard on the pocket I'd be grateful if you guys can give me some tips on increasing cals per meal or cheap but effective way of gain muscle? |

Being it is your first cycle you can get some really good results off Test at 500mg alone. No need for DBol at the moment. I suggest save it for a second cycle, but if you are going to stick with your current cycle, then keep the ADex in there to help from gyno and it controls some bloating. Whatever choice you make good luck bro. |

If you're thinking about going for some type of meal replacements you should check out Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey and TwinLab Super Gainers Fuel. It's what I drink while I'm at school but I eat solids when i get back just because solids will make you look more full. I mix one serving of the gainers fuel with 2 scoops of whey. It comes out to 73g of whey protein and 125.5g of carbs and 885 calories. I do this 3-4 times a day while i'm at school and then a real meal replacement called Nytro Pro 40 by AST Nutrition or something like that with 2 more scoops of whey in it right when i get to my car after I work out.

Thanks reinheart and advanced-stealth for replying. i thought maybe i have asked a stupid question or something lol. Anyways, i have bought dbol and it'll be waste to keep it for 20 weeks if i dont use it cuz 10 weeks for the cycle,2 weeks gap and pct for 4 weeks. I'll stick to dbol and test. Is it advisable to run dbol at 40mg on working days and lowering the douse on like 20 mg on resting days? I am 5,9. 200lbs with 14 % body fat. I intend to keep the body fat there and increase some muscle mass.i was thinking of keeping proteins at least 250 grams a day. Lean diet is not a problem but keeping the cals high with clean bulk concerns me. can anyone list the clean stuff they use to maintain the cals up to 4000 a day?Without much of a fat? A good way of adding proteins in the shake is to add oats in the shake to increase the cals and proteins?if so, According to an article,human body absorbs 25 to 30 grams of proteins in2 to 3 hours.The rest goes waste. if its true,how to manage the diet chart?a simple saying is to have 6 to 7 meals a day but to be honest,is it achievable? |

If i use 2 scoops at one time, the bag will end in a month cuz i will be taking 3 servings a day to reach the 40 gram protein mark in a meal. Thanks a lot for the advice. i have bought the same but i intend to keep 3 single servings max a day. i am looking for some extra stuff to add in the shake, which is cheap,yet effect and most of all,something which i can run through out the cycle. I have a wife and a kid to support and i am going nuts to the start the cycle. thats why i have been asking for cheap stuff or some tips or tricks to keep the low fat cals high with protein. |

keep the dbol at 40 mgs every day..even your off days.I hear you about your work schedule..It seems like the right thing to do adding lots of protien drinks to your diet but nothing works as good as food does.So..eat as much real food as you can and drink the protien drinks only when forced to.Buy lots of tuna canned in water..it is cheap and loaded with protien.I like cottage cheese heavy at bedtime with a scoop of yogurt.Be carefull eating too many fruits.Natural peanut butter is good too.Go to bed on very full stomache,if you wake up during night have a premixed protien shake ready to go in fridge.learn to love eggs and eat a ton of them daily.Carb up before you go lift.

My plan,so for,is 7:30 am 4 eggs with a bowl full oat meal 10:00 am protein shake (40 grams protein,300 cals. i need to fix the cals) 1 pm quarter kg beef preferably with some veggies 4:30 pm protein shake (20 grams protein. cals are too low.need to fix this) 5:30 pm work out 7:00 pm Weight gainer (40 grams protein. 500 + cals) 9:00 pm quarter kg beef preferably with some veggies 11:00 pm Cottage cheese or low fat yogurt everyday,different meat. options are beef day chicken day and mutton i will throw in some skim milk & peanuts as well. i am not sure about the last two meals. |

| The best combination is to eat a big, solid meal 1 1/2 hour before working out and get some fast carbs and a lot of BCCA's before your workout!

Both pre-workout meals. Solid meal + some sort of drink with amino acids and fast carbs. All the meals are important, just keep in mind that without the preworkout meals you are not going to have energy and your workouts will be dull and non-productive.

im starting the cycle tomorrow morning. So far, the plan seems ok but i have one more thing to ask, can someone name stuff for pre-workout meal for quick carbs?????????? Any idea or any feedback will be appreciated.

Be carefull not to fill up the gut too much right before you lift..if you do when bending over and lifting you will want to puke.I will slam a protien drink mixed with water about 45 minutes before I work out.On the way to gym I will eat a few granola bars with peanut butter on them,wheat toast with jam will work also oatmeal etc... .Add up all your calories eaten today and post them..lets get this right so you can gain 20 lb.s..d You want to be carefull and not eat too many bad carbs on this cycle and keep sugar intake reasonable to low..you keep saying you want lean gains.If you eat shit load of bad carbs,too much dairy,and sugar you will gain alright but not in the right places.
