starting first parabolin 100,oral turinabolin 25, oral wyn 25

how should i take how often, how much, both orals are 60ml and inject is 10ml
what kinda gains should i be able to achieve. i'm 5'9 165 been working natural from 126lbs to 160 and done a few things here and there and fluctuated from 163 -176 eat tons fairly healthy,
