Status Update.....

Finishng up my first cycle and could not be happier with my progress. Without trying to sound to boastful, I am looking good for a 40 year old man. My expectations were reasonable to start. I am leaner and more muscular without blowing up to much. My cycle has been modest 300 Test E
200 Deca 1xweek and 50 Winstrol a day. I have worked out hard, but not increased my calories too much. I estimate I have gained 12 lbs. of muscle. I have been on a low carb diet for two years and I personally believe it is a great diet to train on. The diet is also good when doing a cycle because it helps decrease water retention. Thanks to all the advice I received on this board. I have one more injection next week and then I will wait a week to start my PCT. I will keep you guys posted. By the way, it has been nice to have the sex drive of a 20 year old. I like waking up every morning with hard wood

Im glad to see that everything went well for you. With your habbits as far as diet and training, it shouldnt be too hard for you to keep those gains either.

Thanks. I have always trained hard. It is easy for me to train because I enjoy it, but as I got older I wanted a little help with all the effort I was putting in at the gym. It has been a positive experience
