currently im using 3 iu's of
HGH a day for 5 on 2 off. I think, as well as my "concultant" thinks that 6 iu's a day is way over doing it. 3 iu's is alot, period. what does clenbuterol do? how bad will my nuts shrink from
tren and what do i use to counteract that? letrozole? would i need novaldex while using
tren? i know im all over the place with my questions but thats the way my mind is wired. my thoughts race and memory is fuckin whacked. advise me bro. diets in check, cardio is in check. i use heavy weights with high reps. 5-6 sets of 10-12 reps with heavy weight. example, straight olympic bar bicep curl i do 165lbs 10-12 reps. alternate dumbell curls i use 70 lb dumbells each arm. skull crushers i use 140 lbs on EZ curl bar. EZ curl bicep i do 180 lbs. bench is 280 lbs. thats kinda week for my weight i know. shoulder press i do 170 lbs. so i think i use heavy weight. i mean im struggling like a motherfuck at 6-9 reps but push to get to 10-12. dude told me 3 iu's a day will build lots of muscle at my weight and height. he trains fighters, bodybuilders, etc etc. told me to change nothin accept maybe add dbol when he gets stock. what you thinkin bro?
