If that's the case you should be fine to lose the wait slow and steady. you can probably carb up 3-5lbs after the weigh in but you have to practice that so you feel good.
Since you're solid and you wanna lose 20lbs, you'll lose some muscle. You need to minimize strength loss though so low rep nervous system training is the way to go....waves of 5,3,2 reps would be good...maybe 3 waves.
The cardio post above is right. Cardio, the enemy of all trying to gain weight, is just what you need. and of course diet. I would do HIIT cardio a 2x/week and 1 or 2 full 45minute cardio sessions/week but this all depends on how many hours/week you spend actually sparring/boxing training.
The anavar and halo recomendation still stands but I would try to get down to 180 by July and then give it a
test run for a short stint. 4 weeks
var followed by one halo. Stop for a few weeks and get to 175 before doing it again. It shouldn't be that hard to drop a quick five for that weigh in... The key with it is practice...you don't want to do anything drastic last minute that may kill performance so your long term steady approach is a good one.
