Default Strength and Lean Muscle?

This is my first post on this forum. I am about 6'4 and 315 lbs. I am looking to gain strength and lean muscle on this cycle. I was wondering if sustanon, primo, and winny was a good cycle to get on? This will be my second cycle and I wanted some advice on what I should take to get stronger and also to gain lean muscle without blowing up? I am also going to diet so that I can lose the excess fat.

well sust will add some bloat, winny will try to rid you of that to some degree, and primo is great for lean mass and getting you harder, what i would do is this

do a sust/deca to get your mass, then
prepare a second phase with the winny/primo and a strict diet.

its hard to get both mass and lean at the same time without sacrifices to one or the other, not to say it cant be done, i think personally start with gaining mass then look to primo and winny to harden up, if you really want to get cut throw some tren with that as well.

also need to diet properly and take care of liver/kidneys with all cycles

Could you explain more in detail how many weeks I should do Sust/Deca and how much? And then how many weeks to do primo/winny and how much? Thanks

Well, I can tell you what I would do...

I would throw out the Primo and Winstrol, I dont think it is needed (plus Primo is VERY expensive and VERY rare). For Lean Mass and strength, this is what I would do...(Also, how long have you been lifting and what is your experience with AAS? This is important). If this is your first cycle, I would do the following:

150mg of Test Prop EOD
150mg of Tren Acetate EOD
.25mg Arimidex ED

I would do this cycle for 10 weeks, then do PCT (Post Cycle Therapy).

This will add considerable Lean Mass, add considerable strength and with the Arimidex, you will keep water retention to a minimum.

If you dont want to do EOD injections, then I would use the following:

Weeks 1-4: 25mg D-Bol ED
Weeks 1-10: 500mg Test Enth. or Sust.
Weeks 1-10: 400-500mg EQ
Weeks 1-10: Arimidex .25mg ED

I would avoid Deca at all costs. Deca shuts some people down considerably, and they have PCT problems for several months! Not to mention Deca bloat/gyno cannot be controlled with Arimidex or Nolvadex.

Could Anavar be used in place of D-bol? or would that change the results

6'3 and 315?? Bro- I'm 6'3 and 245, I can imagine what you look like----if you want to get lean hit the diet and cardio and some good heavy lifting--whats your diet look like?? steroids arent gonna make you lean--its the diet--

I also want to gain muscle mass but i dont want to blow up. I am on a college football team and I am looking to get stronger and put more mass on while I am dieting and losin the excess fat. If anyone has any more info on what I should take, please post more. thanks

I have done a cycle of winstrol and clenbuterol last summer and I did not see considerable change. This will be my second cycle and I have been lifting for 5 years hard. what do yall think about Sustanon with Anavar then doing EQ and Winny at the end of the cycle to harden up. Will the vets give me a cycle that they think would be good for me. Thanks a lot.

Im not slamming you--but what exaclty were you trying to accomplish
with the clen?? Was your diet dialed? If you were visiting Micky D's
the clen wouldnt do shit.


If this is your first true cyle--(the winny/clen) isnt one--stick with
a test --eth, cyp, sus-whatever--------maybe hit some dbol


most guys use anavar for cutting---if your not looking to loose fat-i wouldnt bother..


Your 6'3 and 315---what exactly are you trying to "harden up", Im pretty
sure your bf % is pretty high--so do you really think people are gonna
see muscle covered by high bf?

Since your a college football player, lets assume you get drug tested. And being an offensive lineman your gonna need power and strength. Since you already have the size, theres no reason to take anything thats gonna blow you up like dbol or anything. Stick to a 8-10 week cycle consisting of strength and hardening drugs such as test (prop preferably). tren, winstrol, and anavar. This should get your harder and stronger as long as your staying on top of your training and dieting. They also clear your system quickly. So come camp time in August you won't have to worry about losing your gains during doubles as long as you keep training and eating through it.

You definitely want to stay away from the deca's, EQ's, etc. They take too long to kick in and stay too long in your system. Not good if you get drug tested.
