strength gains while on DNP? - MESO-Rx

Has anyone actually gotten any stronger while running a low dose 200mgs of dnp? I know that you can't gain any muscle but what about strength?

At 200mg, you shouldnt have too much problem gaining strength. Much more than that and peoples energy levels take a nose-dive.

So I shouldnt change up my regular training? I like to go low reps and heavy weights. What about muscle repair? Will this still happen as I thought that it took insulin to rebuild muscle tissue? Should I still worry about my post workout protein and dextrose drink while on?

If you are only planning on running 200mg, then you dont have a whole lot to be concerned with in terms of strength or muscle loss. I have found that lower reps works better while on dnp, because people simply tire out when they go for higher reps (8+).
