Also going to need your age, how long you've been seriously training, what your diet looks like. How many previous cycle's if any?

just try testosterone cypionate ONLY cycle at 500mgs/week ( 12 week total)for first cycle. Should be plenty. you want to see how you react and keep to one compound for starters to lessen variables. Deca too much for newbie. Has consequenses to long for you to properly deal with. Get your bloodwork first and have your ancillaries (HCG, CLomid, nolva, and Arimidex) on hand prior to starting.
