remember that post you made about bulking diets? you should make a similar one only this time about contest diets. i've cut before but never done a "real contest diet", be nice to have a template of what you, someone who has done a contest, do. same goes for anyone else who competes. i'd greatly appreciate it!

I know Dave and you would not want his pre contest diet. He has a ridiculous metabolism and stays very very lean all year round. He only diets for about 4 weeks prior to competition. There are very few people who could do what he does and come in looking so lean, especially if you have never dieted down to contest condition.

I would do some research online to find information about pre contest diets and then adjust accordingly to how your body responds. There is not one diet that works for everyone, that is why Chad Nicholls and the rest of the diet gurus still have jobs. It is an ongoing process to find out what your particular body responds best to. Good luck.

NO I APPRECIATE THAT, I WAS JUST CURIOUS, AS TO WHAT HE DOES DO, i KNOW HE HAS A VERY HIGH METABOLISM, AND DOES VERY LITTLE TO NO CARDIO AS WELL
