Would like to hear what you guys think I should run for my third cycle, only thing I would like to shy away from is Sustanot. Shit is fucked up! I had good luck with cyp and dec on last cycle but did'nt get as big as I would have liked, put on lean hard muscle but didn't blow up. I was considering running cyp,dec and Hgh for next cycle. Any thoughts?
My personal fave is the following Test E 1000mg/week Tren E 400mg/week
Dbol and/or Adrol @ w/e dose you feel is best for you for the 1st 5-6 weeks.

Deca helps me but I realize that it masks the pain and I could make it worse if I am not really careful. Before I started the Deca this time I could barely raise my arm to wash my hair. It gives me a chance to work with my shoulder. On shoulder day I only use the O bar with no weights for presses, no laterals and light traps. If you go heavy with it, It will be worse than before you started. I wouldn't recommend it to any one because I made it this bad on Deca to start with. Now I'm using it to help work with it. It can be a fine line. My bench is going back up but I'm not trying anywhere near my max. You have to be smart about it. I was on 600mg a week but have dropped it down to 400mg.
HDH, I heard so many great things about HGH it seemed it would be a great addition at any point. I am going for bulk my goal is 200lbs. I am now 173 5'7" 12% body fat also I am 36 years old. I have had quite a few injuries and thought the HGH would help with pain etc... caused by the injuries that have caused pain for a long time now. Also not sure if this is true but my friend who took it some time ago said he could eat whatever the hell he wanted and still got ripped, not that that is the reason but it doesn't sound bad.

I've always heard that HGH gives little to nothing for the casual user as far as mass gains. Unless you're willing to spend the money and up the dose to 10-12 /day...
