just in case anyone is wondering here are some stats
I'm 6'1-230lbs w/ a 32 inch waist (put on 10lb during my last cycle)
my next cycle I'm planning as such
week 1-10: 1.5G of supertest a week/600mg of fina a week
week 1-3: 100mg of anadrol a day
week 8-10: 100mg of anadrol a day
week 6-14: start with the
clen
run the clomid throughout the cycle
walked away with some profound truths on the last cycle
1)just how important sleep is-if I'm tired I don't have the energy to eat and that's wasting a cycle (always managed to make it in the gym though)
2)get more from the anadrol than the dbol scale wise...the dbol kinda fucks up my stomach so again it's harder to eat right-yeah I'll miss the pumps but if my stomach is upset then it's not worth it
3) last but not least-the cup can only be filled so much after that all the juice is wasted...hence, in my last cycle I was doing about 2.25G of
test a week and that was overkill...get the same from 1.5G (yes, I was warned about this from several people, but l had to find out what the limit was myself)
4) get more from
sust than I do

5) don't bother gettting in a new relationship during a cycle-that's to much stress...jus have one night stands and be done with it
