Default supirman : DNP journal

Ok everyone, since there was some interest in a journal with photos, I'll go ahead and be the first to do it.

I'm planning on running the DNP (GEN II by H) for probably 9 days as many have outlined. I'm in no hurry to fuck myself up or bake myself, so I'm going to keep the 200mg for at least 2-4 days and then I might bump up to 400mg. I don't foresee myself going any higher than that as I like to be able to function.

This morning I weighed in at an even 200lbs. I'm 5'7 and bodyfat is unknown. A photo from 2 weeks ago is in my avatar but I've slacked on my diet since then so I think I'm a bit less defined. I will be taking photos each morning starting tomorrow. I imagine some of them may look crazy since I'll probably end up holding some large amounts of water.

I took my first 200mg cap today around 3pm. I went to the gym at 5 and felt a bit warm. I just ate my PWO meal and I already feel hot, though it actually is a bit warm in here (76 degrees).

I'm following a diet and workout structure like this:
Cardio first thing in the AM
Meal 1: pro/fat (40g/15g)
Meal 2: pro/fat
Meal 3: pro/fat
Meal 4: pro/fat
Workout
Meal 5: pro/carbs (32g/90g dextrose)
Meal 6: pro/carbs (32g/90g food)

If anybody with experience has something they believe is better then please present it. This cutting diet is working wonders for me so far, so I'm reluctant to switch it up. Though I've read some people like to eat a bit more carbs on DNP. I'm open to suggestions.

I'm signing off for now, but, certainly, if anybody has any questions feel free to ask them.

Well bro you already appear to be in very good shape, don't let the water retention from a dnp cycle dissapoint you. A week after your done you'll be able to see muscles and veins you haven't seen before.

Good Lcuk

Thanks for the insight. I think I'm up near 12% bodyfat or so, maybe a tad lower. I just want to get as lean as I can. I'm expecting the bloat, so I am really looking forward to the week after I'm off the DNP.

I wouldn't worry about going for the extremely low carb on DNP. Stay moderate.... Fat instake should be limited also. I have done a complete ketogenic diet on DNP and had so-so results compared to an average low fat, high protein, moderate carb diet. If you stay on the prot/fat diet, you'll be a whole lot cooler and better in work situations but by day 5-6 you'll need the extra carbs to function. Even at 400mg per day, DNP build up has me very depleted and fruit is a God send.

To each his own though.....keep us informed.

Do you think I should switch up one of my morning meals to be pro/carb. Like, maybe meal 2?

That would put me at 45g fat/day, carbs would be up over 200 somewhere, protein around 260.

Any other info would be appreciated as well.

Default good luck...

I'm about to start dnp here in about a week. Just doing it to get myself back on track. I used to be real lean but college caused me to gain a little bit of fat. Let me know how your cycle goes, and how ripped you get. I'd like to know your diet and training schedule too if you could PM me. Good luck bro, you look good already.

DNP needs carbs to work at peak efficiency. If you don't have enough carbs (sugar) in your blood stream you will get nauseous and possibly throw up. DNP is basically like cutting carbs by itself, so there is no need to reduce carb intake further. If the heat's too much try to avoid starchy foods and complex carbs, stick to things like fruit, soda, and candy if you start to get sick.

I just finished 6 days on dnp @ 200 mg's yesterday and believe it or not dropped an inch and a half off my waist and the water isn't even off yet.

Heretic and others with experience, how many carbs can I eat? I am very sensitive to carbs and as soon as I eat them normally I get fat in a hurry. Should I be eating carbs with every meal? Any diet recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I was only following my low carb diet b/c that work's well when I'm not supplementing with dnp.

Thanks for the help.

I did get hot as hell already after I had 4 pop tarts... so much for my diet! LOL. My girl keeps a junk cupboard here and I couldn't resist.

Damn wisdom, that's amazing. If I can drop 5 lbs of fat, that's 2.5% bodyfat and I think I'll be looking fairly shredded. I'm hoping for big things!

I don't think anyone can give you a specific number of carbs to consume per day. On a good 400mg and up, you don't really have to panic about carbs. I lost very little on my low carb cycles (it was sad!) even with high dosages. Just keep it simple and trade some fat for carbs....

I have lost more in my current 200mg/day cycle with moderate carbs....150g day spaced out. I am down about 4 lbs in 7days this morning with alot of water retention. I think I will continue on the low dosage till 10-14 days to see the effects.

i just ran 400mgs for 5 days and 200mgs on the 6th day, with a nearly no carb diet. i puked every morning, and had many times where i almost passed out. when i got this way, id go eat a couple spoon fulls of fruit cocktail, and boy, how life would improve. next time im keeping fat low, protien high, and all the carbs will come from fruit, and ill eat more of it. i dont think the fruit ever made me much hotter, but it sure as hell made me feel alot better.

Awesome info guys. I love fruit, so I can definitely throw that in there no problem. As I said, I was only doing the low carb deal b/c that's what I've been doing for non assisted fat loss and it's worked well.

I think I'm gonna start by replacing 2 of my pro/fat meals with pro/carbs. That should give me a pretty fair mix of both, and space them out enough I don't cook myself.

And it's only night one and I can't sleep already. Just checked my under the arm temp and it's 98.6. I'm a hot mofo already My body always seems quite sensitive to anything I take and this seems no different.

Any more personal experience is greatly welcomed and appreciated. I want this to be as effective as possible.

Thanks all.

Your core temperature won't rise much, and often times it actually DROPS a degree. This is because the body is putting out the excess heat. Your problem is when the body can't put out enough heat and your core temperature rises over 100 degrees, this is usually due to inadequate hydration or too much DNP. DRINK WATER!
DNP will use dietary fat before stored fat, so there's another reason to eliminate it. The more fat you eat the less fat DNP will burn, so what's the point? And don't worry about too many carbs, DNP will burn them right up as well, just don't eat a cake for every meal. I like to drink a fair amount of Mountain Dew while on, the sugar helps keep blood levels up and the caffiene helps with the energy.
