I run protein and a pre workout drink but that is it - I see no reason to run other sups while on cycle

I only take protein drinks and that is because i put on fat easily and don't want to many excess calories.I think people get over cautious on juice and worry too much.I have been juicing over 15 years
and am physically fine and i don't take any supps.Only take meds for blood pressure which runs in the family anyway so i would probably get it even without juice.

WOW! I posted this exact same question on another BB board and the majority says.
"for what its worth, steroids will increase your body's absorbtion of creatine, making it more effective"
So I guess I will have to see for myself.

I use Grapeseed extract to help with Blood Pressure, Cholesterol and Trigycerides...plus it's a mild Anti-Estrogen.

It's true.
Only supp needed on AAS is creatine.
Only supp needed not on AAS is creatine.

I was under the impression that Creatine's effect is enahanced with oral steroids only.

Several supplements have either protective or synergistic value with AAS administration. Creatine: Increases androgen receptor site counts and supplies greater ATP for improved recovery. Additionally, research suggests creatine is beneficial in cholesterol management and positively influence muscle fiber counts. Aids in post-cycle lean mass retention.
Glutamine: Improves toxic ammonia clearing from the system and aids in restoring a positive nitrogen/anabolic profile to injured tissues post work-out.
CLA: Aids in inhibiting fat accumulation during mass weight gain protocols.
Milk Thistle: Inhibits liver toxification from c17 Alkylated AAS while aiding in hepatic clearing and cell regeneration.
EFA’s: Increase HDL (good cholesterol) and decrease LDL (bad cholesterol).
Guggul Sterones: Decrease total cholesterol count through liver inhibition.
Niacin: Aids in cholesterol control and protects hepatic detoxification function.
Flaxseed Oil: Though an effective source of omega 3 & 6 EFA’s, flax seed oil contains lignans that act as estrogen site antagonists. This means that they help prevent estrogenic activities such as female pattern fat deposits and the need for male wet T-shit contests by blocking estrogens from their receptor sites.

The same ones while not on cycle.

Vitamins/Minerals
Grapeseed Extract
Fish Oil
Flax Powder
Protein
Workout/Post Workout Drink

Creatine has never done anything for me, maybe I'll ty it on cycle; then again I do not think that I will notice it then even if it did.

Well lets put it this way, all those things can't hurt you they can only help. So if you aren't poor, why not?

I'm a nutritionist as well as on trt with a occasional added cycle. The scientific litature is quite strong on the additional need for protein if you workout heavily-the debate is how much is optimal. I like to get in around 300 grams a day for effectiveness and minimal stress on the kidneys. Creatine is good because of the importance in the krebs cycle's production of ATP-cell energy for improved muscle function. I do krealkalyn because it supposedly doesn't convert to the waste product creatinine at 5 grams daily(preferably before workouts). Glutamine is in the program because medical studies show accelerated healing in catabolic states because it increases protein synthesis. It also increases glutathione- a powerful antioxidant needed for liver detox. I do 5-10 grams daily. These are the most researched for muscle enhancement, I do other supps for general health and anti-aging-but that wasn't the question.
