Susta shot once/week?

i'm just curious. is once a week injection of sustanon 250 (1ml) ok? i know for the best gains it should be shot EOD. but will you gain something out of just one shot? say like a 12-week cycle (12 amps)? for a guy like me 5'7, 165lbs. Thanx

Who ever told you it is best shot eod has got their wires crossed.
Once a week shot of sustonon 250 is the prefect way to run it, one amp a week for 12 weeks is minimal but will produce satisfactory results.......
Dont forget to run a pct.
And do read the sticky threads.

My 1st cycle ever i ran sust 250 mgs one time per week for 13 weeks..i gained like 20 pounds..I ran no pct and lost over 12 pounds very quickly after cycle was over.You would be much better off using mon and thursdays as your injection days using 250 mgs each time = 500 mgs per week..just go buy more sust..it is a great 1st time drug.

I have seen people recently suggesting eod injections but 2x week is good, I would not do 1x per week , 2x week will keep the levels more even in your system.

Twice a week is perfect. I wouldn't run sus @ 250 wk, you will like it much better @ 500mg a week.

good advice from dennis. i shoot Mon andT hurs. and it works out great. i would also have some arimi on hand as well. i just started get gyno signs and it sucks. but ya i run two shots a wk at 375mg/shot but 500mg is a good amount as well. good luck
