600 sust 400 eq 12 weeks would be awesome

how many cycles have you done? stats..age height weight body fat % experience lifting..diet ???? I would suspect with all things in check the eq would bring good lean gains and make you hungry as hell while the test esthers in sust would bulk you up....should gain alot of wieght on this cycle bro....but should be pretty lean gains if you eat clean

If you have prior cycle experience, I would run the EQ higher. If not, that dosage is fine.

I've ran that, 600 cyp and 400 eq, with good results. I think the cyp was responsible for most gains though.

sorry about the later reply.... 25/m 5ft 7 214lbs, just gained 20 from this same stack with Nolva. 17Bf% Stocky/strong

oh and the diet could def be better, but im not eating like junkfood, just a lot of protein and carbs- lean while meats and veggie, brown rice and wheat pasta

You should get good results with or without the nolva. Just watch out for gyno. I wouldn't even take it unless I had symptoms. If you are making gains that you are happy with there is no need to up the EQ.
