just a quick 1 ive bin told by a guy at my gym to stay away from sus250 as it causes the hormonal levels to bounce to much due to the 4 different esters could any1 clarify this or is it just rubbish ?

Sounds like bs to me. No matter what you take it's going to mess with your natural hormones. I've used sust 250 and sust 325 and had great sucess with it. I actually love the stuff. Great sex drive, strength and sense of well being. I highly recomend

ive used it on 2 cycles now 500mg wk was also impressed with the results i do hit a kind of platau on about wk 8 tho of a 12wk cycle gains just halt and sex drive is half of what it is first month and lose that test good feeling and realy strugle to keep gaining the weight think i will still use it perhaps will go to 750wk see if that makes a difference to what usualy happens thanks for the reply mate

Read dennis' sust log for more info..I like sust.I am finding though that a sust/prop cycle would be much better..example :

sounds good how much prop would you suggest would they start together cheers for responses guys

If this is your first cycle then do 250 mgs sust every 4 days and do 75 mgs prop on all the prop inject days..this would be a really nice cycle for anyone at any level.I cannot believe I have never done this one before.If you like it please name it "dennis sustanprop cycle".
