Sust & Deca Cycle

Hello All,

I'm starting a Sust / Deca cycle today (500mg/400mg per wk). I was going to shoot the sust twice a week (Mondays 250mg / Thursday 250mg ), but have never run Deca before, so wanted advice on what's best to do.

I intended on shooting 400mg on Monday's, but can anyone advise me if it's worth doing 200mg on Monday's and Thursdays? As it's long acting, I guess taking it all on the Monday is the way forwards, but thought I'd check with you guys.

If taking all the Deca in one shot is the best way, can I mix it in the same syringe as the sust?

without a doubt split the shots into twice weekly otherwsie that cycle sounds pretty good

Just to clarify, it is ok to mix sust and deca in the same syringe?

i ran for my 1st cycle 500mg Sust with 300mg Deca and i blew up. my joints did not hurt at all for once. i loved it. my only problem was i held a lot of water in my face and neck which drove me nuts. other than that i loved it. good luck.

that was my very first cycles.....and let me say the gains were great. as for the injections, i did two injections on monday (deca on one cheek and sustanon on the other) and then the same on thursday. as for the bloating use some nolvadex and you should be fine. since this was my first cycle i made the mistake and did not plan my PCT that carefully and did not preserve a majority of my gains cuz of poor recovery. my advice don't make the same mistake.
