Anyone recommend a good moderate cycle and post cycle for beginners?
I'm 6'2, averaging about 205 lbs.
I work out at least 4 times per week for about a year now. I've been doing high weight, low reps with some good gains in strength, but my growth seems to have fuckn stopped!
I'm interested in a first cycle that will help me add 10-15lbs lean, with minimal bloating... (ya see, I live in NJ, right by the beach... I've gotta compete with all the goddamn Brooklyn and Staten Island guidos that will be flooding my town in a couple months.)

tren cycle. Do they work good together? Any comments or suggestions welcomed.
Also, It'd be great to hear form some anyone who's run that cycle. (Ok, yea, I'm a little fuckn nervous... lol)
