I would say never run t3 without
aas at the same time. You would do fine with either cycle that you outlined above. I would say go with the gram of
test just to be sure. I have used 160mcg of t3 and 2 grams of
test and not gained muscle, so it is powerful stuff. Have fun~Sensational
