T3, spread dosage throughout day?

I've taken 50mcg at once and it made me feel like shit. Made me hot and gave me a headache. Divide it if you can.

You need to start out at 12.5mcg ed and work up from there. Usually increase it 12.5mcg E3D's. I cant remember the ending dose but correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's around 75mcgs. And when you tamper off it you have to go even longer before you cut the dose. Like E5D's.

Do a search on other boards if you have to. It's been awhile since I read up on this.
