Testicular pain after nolvadex

I went on a nolvadex cycle prescribed by Dr. Crisler and as soon as I went off, I have had pain in my testicles for about two weeks now. It seems to be a little better but still pretty painful. Has anyone experienced this? If so...do you know why?
