 testing side note/little bit of a rant
just as a side note to support the fact that drug testing does not work... I played college football for 4 years, and was drug tested 3 of those years... guess what, I was using and played my odds coming out on top 6 out of 6 times (tested once reg season, and once prior to post season)... not all specimine are tested... about 1 in 20 are tested, randomly, so just a bit of food for thought...I personally am getting a kick out of this steroid media BS...It reminds me of the "shark attack" scare a couple years ago, when that kid was attacked in FL... trust me as a annual visitor of New Smyrna Beach, FL (shark bite capital of the US) this happened all the time, the media just thought they would blow the common incidents out of proportion...this tactic keeps us, the US society, from hearing real diplomatic and world events, it is a method used to keep the simple minded (not meant in a negative way) and mondaine entertained with "TV junk food"... shark attacks, michael jackson, and "steroid epademics" are the new opium of the people, MEDIA IS THE NEW RELIGION: dictating to society what our opinion is and what popular opin should morally be, only ther is no moral lession or any positive energy, only intollerance...institutionalized discrimination...and and adgenda that strictly follows the wants, needs, norms, values, and most importantly goals of the "haves"... she is doing great, she has deff got the self esteem back... she cycles the workout with one i made her (she loved running, so me and my one boy a US bob sledder made a program forher she switches every 4 months...she is about 5'3'' 130, her hydrostat body fat 2 weeks ago was 12% (which I think is as low as it should go)...she is benching 105 for sets of 8 and squatting 235 for sets of 8, I think she could kick my ass now, lol As far as the naked pics, bro if you could get her to I got 1000 with your name on it, I've been married for 2 years now, bro action is weekly, if I'm lucky...kiddin, I tell you what though i got her running and on L-Argin... REMEMBER the L-LRGIN, being that you are gettin married soon  you are going to need to start her on a strict regiment of it is the female viagra, they should call it NIAGRA  ok that was a little grossMy gains have been steady, have been off for 14 months, jonesin' for a cycle, got two serono kits and waiting on some prop to hit, gotta stay on the low detection time AAS...I'm currently 270, 6'2'' my hydro was 9%, not what it uused to be....but i'm 25 now, the metabolism is slowin I'm going to start a prop detection time thread in about 5 to make sure... as always, great to hear from you, naked pics will come to you first, and congrats on the wedding... loving-kindness/FT |

Ive gotta head to bed, but just wanted to say that it sounds like you guys are definitely a buff couple! 12% for the Mrs? Damn! At that level, she should have veins popping out all over the place and be darn near contest ready. I just realized...5'3, 130 at 12%....shes carrying a sizable amount of muscle! Glad to hear I was able to help out in some small way. Gnight bro.

she's my little italian pony, hey, congrats to you on the wdding once again and thanks for the work out for her, she deff got back on track dur to that and loves it, she has some good "poppy veins" as she calls them, but still looks like a chick  , thank goodness much love/ FT |

she has been taking the (I hate plugging GNC, but...) GNC brand ArginMax, 3 tabs in the AM and three at lunch, It deff brought back her drive, it was relativly cheep too, so what have you got to loose... goodluck /FT |
