Test 400 or Sus 250

Just a quick question here people! i have some sus 250 and my mate has test 400 which is better to use? cheers

Several ways to answer this question.
1.ml for ml I choose the test 400 due to higher mg per ml.Probably more cost effective too.
2.The pain factor.....test 400 tends to be more painful,would need to be cut.
3.When I use sust I like to add prop,works out better that way.
4.Test is test though and you won't tell much if any difference between sust and enth or cyp dosed at 400 mgs each.
