YoungBuilder makes a good point, this cycle won't cut you up, it will bulk you up.
I personally wouldn't run nolva through the cycle. I'd only use it during the cycle if I suffered from gyno, in which case, I'd probably run arimidex anyway.
Due to the differing half-life of the deca and the
test, I'd run the
test for 12 weeks and leave the deca at 10, then start PCT using HCG, not just clomid.
Having said all this, if your goal is to get to 5%bf, then I really don't think this is the cycle for you anyway. You'd be better off hitting the cardio and working out a strict diet regime. If you want
AAS to work for you, then you need to diet accordingly. I'm on a
test/deca cycle at the moment, and eating a minimum of 4000 calories a day. Eating 4000+ cals a day will not get you looking lean. My point is that you have to eat big for this cycle to work, which is exactly the opposite of what you are trying to achieve. If you need to run a cycle, then drop the deac and consider looking at running
tren/mast.
