I am about to do my first cycle of Test E 500mg/week for 10 weeks. how much should i worry about getting gyno?

Not everyone gets gyno mate.If you get any swelling or puffiness or itching around the nipple/chest area then start taking nolvadex at 60mg first day,40mg for a week then 20mg a day for the rest of your cycle plus all the way through your PCT.That should keep a lid on it.

If you have nolva you need not worry

Your best bet is to just take 10mg of Nolvadex ED from the start. Also, be sure to have plenty of Nolvadex for 6 weeks of PCT as well.

that what i had planned on doing. is nolva the only pct i will need for a test only cycle?

Nolvadex is the most important. However you might want to run HCG 3x per week for a couple weeks as well.
