hey guys, i want to try some testostarone boosters but there are so many out there i dunno what is best?..i have looked into a few but they all pretty much say the same thing...BOOST TESTOSTARONE..IM THE BEST..BUY ME..but what have you guys used that works well? i dont want to use steroids yet so id like to just use a testostarone booster 1st..any advice would be appriciated. |

well i have been using creatine and glutamine and eating protein bars and working out alot, havent really seen any results now and its been a year +. i wanted to try to use somthing stronger that wasnt as strong as real roids but that worked better then creatine and that junk..so i figured test booster maybe..if not test booster..what else?

if you have been working out for only a year...glutamine, creatine and a shit load of protein is the best..you probably need a regimen change and need to hone in on your post workout shake and nutrition (overall carbs and protein consumption)...with those few changes, I bet you will gain a lot more....

i eat my basic 3 big meals...brekfast lunch and dinner..with eather egg or oatmeal or fish or steak or chicken and a side of vegitable and a glass of milk or water or gatorade. then in between each meal i eat a 30g protein bar as a snack. i drink over 1 gallon of water a day. i workout around 4 oclock after school but now that its summer i work out in the morning. i take my creatine right after my workout and 30 min after creatine i take glutamine then 30 min after that i take more protein. my diet is pretty much in check.
