Test. cycle on T3/ Cortef?

I'm on T3 only for low thyroid and cortef(hydrocortisone- 25mg) for adrenal fatigue. I've also put on 50lbs over last yr.
I also have low test 325 (250-1100). High estrogen. Wondering if I do a small cycle of test only 250-500mg w/ arimidex then come off with HCG/nolvedex if this would be a big problem. Thing is I know I'm going to be on Thyroid and HC for a while, maybe life, and Doc wants to wait to add testosterone. I know I shouldn't go against doc, but want to know if there would be any complications from the cortef/ testosterone?
