.5 ml, 2 times per wk is 250mg/wk. Yes, cypionate is great for muscle mass!!
Test is the king of the road in that department. However, that would be the absolute minimum dosage for muscle mass.. Results may or may not be good. Imo 500 mg per wk is the minimum.
Eating your ass off and training like a mo fo along with the 250mg of
test and you may see good results... Eating your ass off and training like a mutha along with 500mg
test and you will definitly see results! This would be done for a 10-12 wk cycle.
Training, diet and a good understanding of
aas is essential before even thinking about uping the dosage for bodybuilding purposes.
