Test E. 200 and Deca 200???

I'm two and ahalf weeks into this cycle which is also my first. I was taking the deca 200 on tues and the test on friday's, but to the advice of many I will probably start taking them both together and just take one shot a week. Does it seem like the dosage is ok? So far I have experience some nice strength increases, what can I expect on this dose?
