I use test as a base in every cycle no matter what. Its a matter of your diet and compound choices thereafter that assist you in your goals for the cycle. And I usually shoot for at least 12 weeks to get the maximum benefit.

400mg Test E
250mg Tren E/ once aweek
Sure, nice, but eat lean and do plenty of cardio and you'll gain "lean mass" (muscle tissue with less water). Adex on cycle will help keep you lean, too. Add GH and you'll be lean yet strong for a very long time.
Nothing wrong with just gaining bulky, watery, mass even with some fat for a while then leaning out toward the end. On Tren & arimidex (on top of a low carb diet), you can lean out with incredible speed.

if he has never ran tren before he should use tren ace-that way if gets bad sides he could discontinue and it will be out in days. most people like to run cabergoline with tren-so you can control prolactin. tren prob wont make your estrogen get out of control-but it may raise your prolactin pretty high.

agreed 100% on the Tren A.... I suppose im just use to the Tren E
and yes .25Prami throut cycle, and as canda bro stated adex to help also, adex will keep water down also.

I take back any recommendation of Tren e or Tren a since it's a first cycle for a very young man.
For ten pounds of muscle, he just has to workout hard and eat plenty of protein.
