Thats a very good first cycle. 500mgs a week for 10 weeks followed by PCT

First of all, Hello everyone! I've been lurking for quite sometime and I finally decided to jump on board.
Secondly, If HCG is unavailiable, What would someone's during cycle therapy and PCT look like with a simple 500mg/wk Test Cycle? This i all hypothetical of course.
I had a thread about a test only cycle....called KISS keep it simple stupid...
nothing wrong with a test only cycle....400-500 mg if you have a good diet and training you will be surprised with the results

What do you suggest for a PCT for a test only cycle? Will clomid do the trick? What do you prefer on cycle arimidex or aromasin? I know that there is a big debate on this. Or would you simply use Nolvadex for spot treatments?
adex while on cycle and either clom or nolva (or best: both) for your PCT for 4weeks time

So one should run adex throughout the entire cycle? Would .25mg EOD be suffice if there are no estrogen sides present? If there are sides, then one could up the dosage to .5 EOD?
What makes running both clom and nolva for PCT the best option? Aren't the sides with Clomid reason enough to just run the Nolva?
Adex should only be taken if NEEDED or if you want ZERO estro sides (prone or keeping water retention down). For PCT, both work well together and Nolva will help keep cloms sides away
