Ok I have been doin research, but am still a little confused. Its hard when an outsider starts to read some of the informations because this seems like a second language with all the brands and shorthand and abbreviations. I am look to do my first cycle sometime in the future and want to get all my questions out here. I am looking to do a 10 week Test only cycle. I have decided that I would like to do either testE or testC. I figured I would do either 400 or 500mg per week, but split it up with 2 shots a week (like 250mgs per shot twice a week) I want to lay this out as simple as possible so people can see that I am understanding this correctly. I also plan to take 20mg of Nolvadex a day. like a 10mg tablet in the morning and 10mg tablet at night. Does this sound right? and when do I stop the nolvadex? It seems like everyone takes clomid tablets after they finishes their injections.

As for me I have been always been into good health. I have been going to the gym for about 5 years. Well i have been going before that, but for the past 4-5 years Ive gone about 5 days a week. about a year ago I spent 6 months doing high cardio going through..."we'll call it boot camp." No weight training during that time other then weekends. I am currently 23 years old. I am 5'10" and 165lbs. I never messured my body fat but I would say it is pretty low. I am rather cut, but just small. So please i am just looking to talk to a few of your guys who have expierence and see what you think. I will continue to do more research, but figured I would start a thread and see what people thing so far. thanks in advance.

Anyway here is my cycle outlined:

Enanthate...400mg per week...weeks 1-10
example (200mg on Monday and 200mg on Thursday)
Nolvadex…20mg a day …….weeks 1-13
(1x10mg tablet in AM; 1x10mg tablet in PM)
Clomid...100mg per day...week 13
................75mg per day...week 14
................50mg per day...week 15
................25mg per day...week 16

Well,i will tell you that alot of guys will say your too young and small to use AAS but i say your 1st cycle isn't bad. .. I'd probably change the Nolva for small dose of Adex or at least take the Nolva longer post cycle. .. Clomid? Well i never thought we needed it if Nolva was used,so i won't comment on that

well i go to the gym about 5 days a week somtimes twice a day, weight training in the morning, cardio at night if i got nothin to do. I dont know how many carbs I eat but i always try to eat alot at eat meal and eat often but I cant gain weight to save my life. I was around 170lbs going into boot camp and came out around 155lbs and was ripped as shit, like i could see the strands of muscle in my shoulders. That was 6 months of straight cardio and really no weight training. I am eatting alot and lifting hard. heavy weights and less reps. I have been weight training since I was about 17 years old. I have always wanted a better body but could never get there. I want to be about 185lbs I am in good shape, i eat often, and tried to eat even more protein then normal All through college I never took anything but lifted and trained hard, and i think i am as big as I can pysically get on my own. I just want to bump up to the next level.

Ok- first off, five workouts per week is too many. Especially if you are trying to gain weight. Also, twice per day is not going to help you gain any weight either. I would bet that you don't eat nearly as much as you think you do. I just got off the phone with one of my friends (just to make sure I was accurate) He has the same stats as you as far as age and height. Almost two years ago he was a skinny-ass 140 pounder. He started training with me and when I went over his diet he was hardly eating anything and what he was eating was garbage. His idea of working out was also pretty weak (I am not saying that yours necessarily is) He is now just above 180 pounds and we both just agreed that he is still pretty thin and could probably get up pretty close to 200 pounds. he is totally natural. You are absolutely NOT at your natural maximim body weight, there is no way. If you use AAS now, you will not have a good foundation upon which to build and you will also be less likely to keep your gains since you don't have the foundation needed. 185 pounds should be easy at 5'10". I would cut out the cardio for a while and only train 3-4 times/week, hitting only major muscle groups- no isolation stuff. My friend jokes that if something is less than 500 cals he won't even bother to eat it. Your diet and training are the keys to 185#s not AAS.
But, the cycle you outlined looks pretty good. Probably no need for clomid, just run the Nolva for a couple weeks.
