Default Test P and B12
Quick question been researching Test P cause after my first shoot it hurt like some one hit me with a bat. No swelling or redness just pppaaaiiinnnfffuuulll. So i read that is common and to take B12. ANy experience with this or any preference on the B12 to purchase. Thanks

Get some ethyl oleate-draw 1ml of it with the prop-it will dillute it-and EO is smooth and thin as water

question for Newbiee can i use B12 and get some less painful shots and is it just the liquid b12 from GNC
Would like to use EO but i gotta get something quicker these shots freaking hurt

you can try B12 but a lot of guys say it doesnt help much-i have never tried it.
