never begin a cycle without having anti e. it depends on how sensetive you are, how much test your using and how long your cycle is. have hcg and clonid for pct and nolvadex as anti e. if you need to use it do, i use only what i need.

i havn't started yet but will later this week , the prop is 100mg and i plan on shooting 1ml every 3days and start the winny halfway through the cycle EOD ......
with this amount do you guys think i will need these other suppliments and how would you recomend taking them .... also where can i get them (over the counter or not)????

I would do prop 100mgs eod and winny 50mgs ed

this is good for solid gains without much bloat, which is what you are looking for.

thanks guys , and yes that is what i am looking for is to gain solid gains without much bloat , i have worked hard and followed you guys suggestions over the last year and lost 30lbs
i have read the sticky and what i don't understand is how do you know if you need anti E's
and for PCT would you recomend clomid right after my last shot and for how long ?
what would happen on this cycle if i didn't do PCT ???

You keep an AI on hand in case you start to bloat or feel tendernous underneath your nipple(s). If you dont get any sides, dont take it. You can start your PCT right after your injections are finished as well. If you dont do PCT, you will lose sex drive, muscle size and definition and lose a lot of strenth as well as energy and drive since your test levels will be so low and have to come back on their own
