hey guys, im over from the other forum, and wanted some advice. i was doing sustanon 125mg a week, and after 7 weeks i have gained like 10 pounds of weight, some of which is water, and some of which is fat. i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how i could prevent the bloat/weight gain. i was thinking of lowering the dossage, and/or switching to enanthate,. i was also thinking of doing my shots subq. ps i am not looking for excercise or diet advice, as both are very healthy. im looking for trt specific advice thanks in advance |

I've never used sust, only Cyp for my trt (been on that forum for a long time but it has been well over a year since I have been back) and I had the exact same problem you are having. Time is the answer. Seriously. Given time your body will balance itself out and the water retention will drop significantly. Some of it may be to the susequent rise in E that will occur when your T goes up. As long as the E2 is not high your body will adapt and the water will drop. As for fat...I didn't have any fat gain so I can't help ya there in regards to trt. Good luck!
