Ok, it's been almost 15 years since I smoked weed. I came accross some the other day and decided to do a little
test with it. It helped me to sleep (good) it made me eat the wrong food (bad) and plenty of it, beached wale amount.
However, my motivation was gone after a week, I ran late to important meetings, I felt like I left about 25% of my IQ on the table, and my 1 hr work outs not only took two hours but sucked. For me, it's the worst possible drug to use while training. I know perhaps with time I could get with the program, I'm sure a lot of people reading this are gonna flame me, but I just wanted to share my experience. I tried to give it a chance, did it for almost a month. Been off for 3 days and finally had a good workout. Not for me.
Hope this helps someone considering weed for sleeping purposes.
