I know something similar has been posted before, but I searched and cannot find it. I am wondering if there is a suggested amount of time between a shot of test prop/tren ace and training.
Also....is it possible to keep certain sites out of your injection rotation by shooting the quads and glutes more than once. I have found that Pec and bicep injections of these compounds leave me damn near unable to move. Quads, glutes, and delts are alright though.
hey bro, I like to inject about 1 hour before I train so I know I get the oil to dissapate.
I have heard its not good to inject after training because it will interfer with the muscle growth factors. I do not know if this is a fact though.
I still just dont get it. I am on the same cycle I shoot pecs and not a pinch of pain. I never do bis because My bis are just to veiny to risk. I leave biceps out a lot of rotations.
glute,glute,delts,quad,quad and repeat would probably work without too much oil buildup.
Have you injected tris yet?
ya i get horrible pain the pecs. i massage it and everything after im done. it gets to the point where i cant even bench after a pec inject. no havent done tris yet....not sure if i want to go there.
Airborne, as long as your tren ace shots are ED, it makes no difference when you inject and when you workout.
Sev, what you mentioned about injections messing up muscle growth factors is pretty funny when you think about it. And very untrue.

Also, Airborne, you can probably hit 2 or 3 sites in your quads. Low, middle and high(going up the leg from near the knee, if you get what I'm saying).

I would suggest at bedtime, or definatly before the workout, for no other reason than the fact that your muscles will be much tighter after the workout and the oil will pool for a much longer period of time.
Airborne, the same thing Griz said about the thighs applies to the glutes. High, middle and low, on each side. Study an anatomy chart to see where the sciatic nerve runs, so you stay away from that.

I'm going to refrain from saying what I think, other than to simply say this concept is incorrect.
