tips for guys with acne durrign/post cycle

this is comming from someone who had severe acne from my cycle. things that helped were

laying out in the sun not using any sun lotion/block
going swimming
using 10 percent benzoil peroxide
and dermalogica anti-bac skin wash

in one weak everywhere cleared up. i recommend u guyus try it out i couldnt get to a tanning booth, but laying out in the sun dryed my skin real good and so did the benzoil peroxide.

Vitamin B-5 will reduce the oily skin and dry up your skin. When I have bad breakouts I'll take 20grams a day for one week, then start reducing the dose by 5 grams a week. I then run it at five grams a day during a cycle and pct.

Works well for some...for me the sun actually breaks me out even more from sweating,,so does swimming in chlorine.

Laying in a tanning bed works well for me. I use the benzyl religiously.

right after u swim or lay out in the sun take a shower, and put on some anti bac cream, then the benzoil. i had no luck with b-5

Tazorac gel is the best buy far for topical treatment although an acne wash may help some. Tanning beds,sulfer based antibiotics like bactrim, accutane and B5 have been helpfull to many people. First, you should know what causes the acne, oil, bacteria, and cloged pores. Accutane and tanning can help the oil. Tanning and anti-biotics will help the bacteria and scrubing the problem areas while bathing will help with the cloged pores. By treating each cause of acne you should see better results than when just treating one cause.
