to juice or not to juice
Hi, guys ive been working out since about spring last year and have went form 135 to 180lbs naturally. My bf went form about 6% to 15% and ive been doing lots of cardio past few weeks to drop it to >10%. Anyway im a full time college student and work 30hrs a week and dont have the time i had b4 to work out as much. Right now I can barley go to the gym 3 times a week. My goals are 200lbs and around 5.5% by summer to show off the abs, should i start thinking about juicing now? oh im 19 and 6'
I’ve read the faq and been reading forums here for a couple of months I guss my real question is how do I know when ive reached my genetic limits, ive hit a platue last few months and haven’t been making any gains. my upper body is lagging and I don’t know what to do
