took to much long igf need advise - MESO-Rx

today I took aprox. 700mcg of long igf3 thought it was the water i was adding. Should I be nervous about this amount should I get checked out or any advise will help

Bro I think you'll be fine. I would not go get checked out unless you start to notice some type of side effect. I doubt you will see any sides from one large dose. Now it would probably be a different story if you took this dose over a longer period of time.

If you start shaking then just eat fast acting carbs .. you'll be fine
