How many weeks of cycle do you have left????Use this time to continue to eat big/correctly and pound those legs in the gym.The worse thing you could do is stop eating and lifting,find exercises you can do that do not hurt the injury.

notbad, trust me, i dont wanna tear it completely, thats just wrong of you to even think. Doctor told me i was very lucky for it not to be badly torn and that i should lay completely off it to heal. BigKarch, u seem to be the only one saying not to comtinue cycle so i really dont know whos advice to take. I was on week 10 when i got hurt. I do think i should go to the gym and atleast do legs, that much i agree. This injusy really sucks because i cannot pull, push, or lift anything without feeling pain and aggrivating the area.

whatever u decide, i'd say don't let ur E2 levels get too low...bone n connective tissue form better, stay stronger n heal faster with decent E2 levels.

I did not tell you to keep cycling or to quit cycling..if it were me I would end cycle at week 12.Continue to eat like a horse and work out like a mule on legs/abs etc...And of course administer well planned pct.
