Default torn ligament in the bicep/elbow area

As if i dont have enough problems.. anyway, about 2 weeks ago i hurt myself on arm day. after severe pain and mri turns out i slightly tore a ligament in my bicep/elbow area. My question is should i stop my cycle? I havent taken anything since the injury. I just wanna know should i continue? Will it help recovery? I was taking test e and deca.

How far along in your cycle were you? It sounds like you stopped 2 weeks ago already.

Depends on severity. If they're really "torn", you can't do anything with them for about two months. Sill, just stopping cold turkey could shock your body & slow your healing. I'd suggest going down to 200 mg Test EW for the rest of your planned cycle then doing a conscientious PCT.

Your injury is the distal biceps tendon. It is not completely torn so keep doing what you can. Work around the injury. it will eventually tear completely. Which is a good thing, then you can have it repaired. Sounds funny I know but, it is for the best.
I have ruptured my distal biceps and both triceps and had them repaired. So I do have some experience with these types of injuries. I have comeback just fine. So like I said just keep on lifting hard and what ever happens, happens.
