There are 2 ways to use Tren, depending on which ester's being used. If it's Tren ace, there's only 1 good way to take it which is every day. Anything other than that and it's not much different than taking an oral product once e2d or e3d... not a smart way to use the product. If it's Tren E. or H., then once every 3-5 days is fine. Twice a week shots work as well as anything else and any more is just getting anal over something that doesn't matter in the real world. Best regards, MaxRep
