As you can tell by your responses this is not a very good cycle at all.
Tren is a compund that can put on some really really good muscle and Deca, well in some cases make you retain alot of water but can help with some size and if your old like me some moderate joint pain. Both have a tendancy to shut you down, meaning throw off your natural progesterone levels and basically make you into an aggresive Unic. Aka a mean dude who cant get it up. making you feel pretty stupid in some situations
You should re think what it is you are trying to do, Gradual muscle gain can consist of upping your calorie intake immediately in some cases adding 500 clean calories a day and proper protein can add 1-2 lbs of muscle per week and changing up your routine in the gym every 3 months or less.
Give up your current stats and diet also what your goals (relaistically) are and you will get a better response.
In the interim if you want gradual muscle gain you should try
Tren Acetate100mg EOD or ED / and Sustanon or Enanthate 400-500 / week. However if you do not eat the proper amount of calories you wont see any gains or the ones you do will be minimal.
Besure to get plenty of protein for your weight goals exp... 200lb person should be trying for a minimum of 150 grms of protein perday and aim for 400 grms per day. this can be done thru protein drinks and supplements but best when done thru natural sources such as Meat / Chicken / Fish especially meat because it contains Creatine in its purest form.
